I want the best blender to make salsa in. It seems like some blenders do more mushing than chopping. I want to have chunks of tomatoes not tomato puree. I’ve been looking at different blenders and so far they all seem to be the same. None of the descriptions stand out over any others. I want one to say specifically that if it is supposed to chop vegetables, it will, and not turn them into mush. I’ve checked out all of the blenders in the stores, and they are the same old thing. I’ve seen and owned these blenders and they haven’t changed one bit over the last ten years. I need something new and improved. I don’t want the same thing I have now. I know there are blenders that do better jobs than others. I really don’t want to spend a ton of money on a commercial grade blender. The reviews are going to help me find the right blender. The best blender will chop tomatoes properly.
